Xiaowei cried...
not because of a guy...
not because of her work...
not because of her family......
but.
because of.
Sammi Cheung. ????
Yes, we just came back from Sammi Cheung's concert.
It was, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW!!!
She really got that aura of a superstar.
I had that, "cant believe she's right before my eyes" kind of feeling.
Silly, i know.
But true.
The opening was simple but the sight of Sammi Cheung was enough of the wow factor already.
And you know what?
Xiaowei cried.
???!!!
She cried 2sec after her appearance.
Ok i can sense that 'what the hell~' reaction from you already.
It's okay.
You won't understand, i won't understand...
so...
ahh...it's KhooSiuWee la.
Alright, the concert lasted for 2+hours.
And we had 2+ hours of fun...
listening to Sammi's FANTASTIC vocals and
watching her danced like crazy (REALLY CRAZY).
But she spoke cantonese 95% of the time.
to which i could only understand like, 1 sentence out of 10.
(xw: "are you sure?")
Ok, 20.
Fortunately, i had a translator, khoosiuwee...
who translated about 2 sentences out of 10.
Other than these, the concert was good.
Sammi's 'live' singing was great!!!!!
She's really not 天后 for nothing.
Her stamina was gooooood, considering her to only take a rest
(by sitting down halfway through a dance song, in the middle of the stage)
after sooo many fast tracks which she danced to like shes on esctacy.
She's really entertaining.
